Dear Sir/Mam,

I am a merchant on zomato and my Restaurant outlet id is – 19439262 (Hashtag Hunger)
I Pravin Suresh Mane requested Zomato team to kindly transfer my account to some other POC as nobody is paying attention to my issues it’s just getting passed which is annoying. I do understand if my POC is on leave but the duties might have assigned to some other executives. wherein i tried to reach the other executives but it’s just getting postponed or there is no revert from their end.
Again there is huge partiality in rating from teams also the executives reject orders due to riders demand.
My account is always offline whenever i check nobody is even bothered to pay attention. At the end it’s me who is facing tremendous loss . My revenue my business it’s gets hampered because of Zomato’s lack of coordination. It’s a request to management to have a look into my matter which is a bare minimum thing i can expect. As i have address this issue soo many times it gets resolved for a day or two but again same thing happens.. Also there is no Customer/Merchant Support Call To whom i can Speak Being Such a huge food brand This is how they scam merchant and also the customers.. I am attaching the screenshot below kindly acknowledge and take action against the same.
