i have ordered food(chicken salad) on 07-08-19 from one of the zomato listed restaurant, through zomato app. the restaurant name is Make-it-roll, the quality of food was utter waste, chicken was not fresh, it was completely hard,and the leafs which were added to salad were not blended well which made salad to taste bitter. I raised the request with zomato support, instead of helping they just started convincing me by saying sorry. I requested them to refund the amount or place the order again or give alternative. Neither i got the order not even my amount. There are many flaws ordering food online through apps, such as food packed cannot be identified if it is from the expected place, as the package wont be including bill, or restaurant name or label. When i complaint about the food they said restaurant people are not responding on call, which means they don’t authenticate the restaurant they just blindly add the hotels on the zomato list.
