Order No: 2124122731 (biriyani family pack of 500rs) not delivered yet. I made this order from zomato by around 2.45 PM on 15 Oct 2020 and the same has committed to deliver by 3:15 pm. It is not delivered yet ,butabut showing as delivered.im not getting any response from the delivery boy and from the zomato customer care. Please initiate cancellation of the order and refund the amount immediately, I lost the promocode applied against it. Reload the same again. Also while I called the delivery boy last time, he is not responding at all. May be he has done it purposefully. And i didnt get any proper response from zomato customer care yet. Please do the needful soon. Take necessary action against delivery boy and the customer care executive. I am still hungry..!!! Online frauding in all sense.
