Dear sir,
I have received noc from icici bank ltd for retaining my corporate sim no 9649902141. I am residing at bhadra in distt hanumangarh (rajasthan). I visited your vodafone store at bhadra to transfer the sim in my name in prepaid mode. Your store official refuses to procees my request and also ask to visit your sriganganagar vodafone store.
Sir I am not able to visit your sriganganagar 200 km far away from bhadra.
This is not a servce gesture from vodafone co. At all.
A senior citizens icici bank retired employee is being harassed. I want immediate and prompt service from voda fone co.at bhadra location.
