I’ve ordered A meal in zomato on 19th August. I’ve paid the amount instantly only. I did not get the parcel that night and yet. I’ve raised a complaint through the customer chat option and they have said the amount lot will be refunded in 48 hrs. Today it’s 25th August and I did not get any refund or update from zomato. It’s not acceptable fooling the customer by taking their money. I need help from the court. None of any customers should be fooled this way.
