Text of Complaint by Mohammed Zabiullah:

I ordered food from Zomato and the order was picked up by the delivery executive.

However, after a while the app showed delivered and the food was not received by me. Upon contacting the delivery partner I was said that the food was delivered and they are helpless and cannot help further. They asked me to contact customer support and went unresponsive.

Upon contacting the customer support I was asked to reorder and they would provide a coupon. This is ridiculous since I need to wait for another hour.

The delivery partner was so irresponsible that they had no time to call the customer before delivering the order to someone else.
