I ordered food on Zomato at 10.30 pm on 01.12.2020 and made the payment and it showed delivery time of about 50 minutes. So I waited for around 1 hour and when there was no updates regarding my order even after 1 hour then I called the mobile of the delivery boy which was given in the Zomato app. He said that he has already left the restaurant and will not bring my order. Then I tried calling the restaurant Pind Balluchi Restaurant from where I had ordered but no one picked up the phone. This is shameful of Zomato which did not even care to inform that order has been cancelled. Then getting food so late at night became very difficult and this was very irresponsible behaviour from Zomato.
