Text of Complaint by Polumurisetty Upendra:

I have placed a food at 9:21PM. Now the time is around 12:22AM in the night. I have not received my food still the order is showing as on the way. I’m checking with delivery partner about the status he is not responding properly neither zomato customer care. I have paid the amount through online now zomato is not responding. Now I will not get any food in this time. I want to file suit against zomato. Please help me
