I ordered through Zomato on 26.08.2019 at 8.17 PM but got food delivered at 9.30 PM and the food (chole chawal) was completely spilled in the carry bag in which delivery boy delivered it. When I confronted Zomato’s customer support team, they gave me a vague sorry and offered to pay me INR 35 as a token of compensation. When I asked for a full refund which I was entitled to given food was ruined, they gave me answer explaining their limitations.
I urge you to make Zomato compensate me for the damage done by it. They can not run away from their responsibility.
