I have order a biryani from zomato has food (patner biryani by kilo) on 21 Dec 2023. but the delivery time to much. Then i cancelled the order. when we mail from zomato to refund my money.he is saying it is not possible because the cancellation charge is 475.99 rs which is whole meal chargers.please help me
