Dear Team,
I am a faithful customer of Zomato and order food regularly from them.
Recently ADCB has given their credit card holders to use a code ADCB 60 which can be used on Zomato from 15th April to 12 may during the month of ramadan between 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
However they have discriminated me and have been excluded from the list to use the promo code and i have to pay the entire amount for the food where i am suppose to be paying only 40%… this is total discrimination and no clarification was provided when contacted. and no agent is available for seeking clarification. all they said it is random selection. however no details as such is given by ADCB.
Sincerely request your intervention as these apps are looting people in the time of pandemic and in the holy month of ramadan
