Text of Complaint by Vipin Jangir:

I ordered on zomato on 7/06/2021. My payment was deducted but not fulfill my order, then they said that your money will be refunded to you within 7 working days. I contact to ZOMATO customer support several time but there is no solution provide to me and this happens to me  12 days ago. They regularly said that your money is safe with us but didn’t refund me back
