Text of Complaint by Neha Gupta:

I have ordered food from a vendor that was just 15-20 mins away from the delivery address. I have place order on 14th feb 2020 around 6:15 pm and the food never got delivered.

The delivery boy was not picking up the call and there was no way to get in touch with zomato customer care.

Later I dropped an email regarding the complaint when next day my order status was showing as delivered which never happened.

When I wrote the situation to support email is of zomato to take action about this incident and refund my money, I got an apology mail but they never mentioned anything about refund and not they have refunded money.

Despite of several follow up to refund the money, zomato is not refunding.

This is a scam where zomato is charging customer amount for the food that never get delivered.
