i order from zomato from my office all india radio jaipur at 20.43 pm in evening for dinner.i wait for it but they did not provide it and unilaterally cancel it without asking me.After contacting they told me that rider cancel the order due to location was not available.but i told them that i clearly mention address in my order as well as this is well known place in jaipur and have grater connectivity theough one of busiest road of jaipur.it seems they did deliberatly to harasss me.i want to file a case agaisnt zomato to spoil my weekend. and mentallly harass me afterwards by their customer care.
