I had ordered for a Falafel & Hummus and a Chilli cheese toast from Legume on Zomato at roughly 4.05 pm
When i opened the bag i found out that it contained only one package – Falafel and Hummus and the Chilli Cheese toast was missing
I complained about this to their customer service but they refused to grant me a refund or a replacement saying they needed it to verify from the restaurant. I have them pictures of the package to show them it was undelivered. They still refused.
As i see it, it’s a classical case of FRAUD. Enticed the customer into paying but did not deliver the goods and service.
