I have ordered food from a restaurant which is full of oil and I couldn’t eat it. I asked support to take it back and return my money even i have posted it in twitter tagging the ceo but they still denyed it saying it’s not in their hands to prepare a food. My concern is why should i pay for the food which I’m not eating? They are asking me to rate the food so that others can know it and i already did it. So why if these people are denying to refund my money whom should i ask about it? Why are they running the services? It’s not that I’m simply asking for refund i have even shared the pictures on the chat but they are not accepting it. This isn’t the first time I’m facing this. I left it once and twice but why should i leave it everytime if there’s a mistake from the restaurant? If you can’t handle such barriers just shut down the services instead of fooling the customers
