Hi,
On 19th Aug 2020, I ordered food from Kritunga Restaurant (3rd floor, near esteem mall,  sahakar nagar, Bangalore) using ZOMATO delivery app ORDER ID : 1484033977 and I paid Rs: 700.68. My food was never delivered and the zomato delivery agent didn’t even respond to my calls. I tried to contact zomato call centre through chat and the response from them was indecorous. Instead of refunding my amount the support executive (Sahil) asked me to order again.

I drafted a mail to order@zomato.com the same day and it’s been 5 days and there is no update from their end till now. They are causing me mental agony whenever I ask for the same asking me to wait 3 more days.
