Text of Complaint by Ashwini Lahane:

I placed an online order with advance payment online. I did not receive my order. When I asked for the refund on chat support they said they cannot refund and sympathize me for the bad experience. This is a frustrating and unethical experience. If they ask a customer full address while placing the order why they can not read it. Also, I could not call a delivery boy since his phone was continuously busy. I need my money back and an apology from zomato. There support sucks and also they are very careless about their services. it is like a trap they do not let us reach to the delivery boy and once he acknowledges he reached to the wrong address you can not do anything.
