I had ordered for food from zomato on September 2nd, 2019. 2 items were missing in that order. When asked to the delivery boy, he told to contact zomato customer care. And he asked for phone and rated his service as 5 star. Then I contacted the customer care. I have attached the screenshot of that. I asked to deliver the missing items. They told it’s not possible. Mail us and we will refund. When I mailed them, they are closing the issue saying items were delivered. I didn’t get the items and also no refund.
