Text of Complaint by Shubhankar Verma:

I ordered food through Zomato, the Zomato valet ( delivery guy) which was assigned to me had no prior record as shown on the app. My order left the restaurant at 11:08 p.m on 24th July 2020 it’s 12:33 a.m on 25th July 2020 and I still haven’t received my order yet. The delivery person turned his phone off as soon as he left the restaurant with my order. Around half an hour ago he turned his phone on after which I called him continuously but first he disconnected my call and later blocked me. On complaining to Zomato they gave me a coupon of ₹15 as compensation for order running late. I still haven’t received my order and Zomato is not respond in their Help Chat. My order was of amount ₹285.
im attaching images as evidence as I am not getting any help from Zomato. This a fraud done by the agent ( delivery boy) of Zomato and I need remedy for the same.
