Text of Complaint by Vamsi Krishna SRK:

I have ordered food twice on ZOMATO for which the first order got cancelled by restaurant due to restaurant is closed. The second order is placed in 5 min after the cancellation of 1st one. The delivery part.er claims he has delivered the food without actually even asking for a name or contacting me.

When I chatted and spoke with ZOMATO executives, they have confirmed the same and told that I will only have to get refund of my own amount.

And when I insisted on speaking with the supervisor, they offered me 5ra promo code for the hasse I went through.

I want to raise a complaint on the ZOMATO team for taking my money n not delivering my food and at this point of time there will be no restaurant available to get food where I have to sleep on empty stomach… I want a high compensation for the same.
