Hi,
I have order a pizza from zomato on 1-july-2020.After 40 min they have delivered the pizza in sealed box on my buildings gate. I took the delivery and come to the house and open the box.I saw pizza was in its worst situation.like piece of pizza was placed one of the above. and smelling very badly. there was NO cheese , NO fresh veggies , all pieces mixed together in that pizza with very very bad smell.I took the photo of it and immediatly dump it to dustbin.
then I contacted Zomato help desk service. Thay are asking me photos.
I had Photos , i have given them and Ask to refund my money.But they refused saying that”Photo quality is not good. we can’t do anything”
I need my refund + compensation of mental harassment.
I am attaching Image of pizza with this request. please help me to get my money back
