So today, on May 14th, 2024, I ordered 2 Ilish thalis and 1 chicken biryani. Firstly, I received my order 45 minutes late, and then I didn’t receive my raita. When I complained about the missing raita, they told me they had contacted the restaurant, and the restaurant claimed they had packed the raita with the order, so they couldn’t do anything. I gave up because I was hungry and wanted to enjoy my lunch, but when I took a bite of the chicken, I realized it was semi-raw. I contacted customer care regarding this, and they offered me a refund of Rs. 30 for the missing raita. I declined, insisting on a refund for just my chicken biryani, not my entire order, which they refused. I contacted multiple customer care executives, but they all refused to give me a refund or any kind of compensation
