Text of Complaint by Megha Shree V:

I had ordered from Corner house at 10:34pm. I had been more than 40 minutes so I contacted their customer support and they again said I’d receive the order in the next 10-15 minutes. And when this didn’t happen, I followed up with the restaurant, but they mentioned that the order had already been picked up by the delivery agent. So when I contacted their customer support again, only then did they know of the situation. The previous executive hadn’t bothered to follow up properly. The new agent then followed up with the agent and restaurant and confirmed what I had said. He then went in to cancel my order after me having waited 1hour. This is poor delivery service as well as bad customer support. If they were going to cancel the order, they shouldn’t have made me wait for an hour for it. By the time all this transpired, the restaurant closed for me to be able to order again.
