Dear Sir,
It happened with me many times, i ordered food through zomato from the restaurant. Fillers and savers and they sent the incomplete order. When i tried to call restaurant , they did not answer. I tried for two hours continuously. I tried to connect zomato customer support but now now a days they think yourself very smart. they play with people. they haven’t mentioned any customer support contact no, you can only chat with them and many times they even did not connect you with the agent, they just give you a auto reply , we are sorry, please give feedback or drop an email and then you just keep waiting for their reply.
Not only me , many customers like me are facing these problems but since people think let it be, god will see them. And in this way they are collecting so much money.
I am mentally harassed by restaurant and zomato.
I need justice for this so that these big companies can come to know what a normal customer can do in India.
