Text of Complaint by Kavi Kumaran:

I have placed the order online and got accepted, after 1 hour order was cancelled and i chatted with zomato, the person has promised zomato credit as compensation in 48 hours and a week passed already and i chatted 3 times about the status, they were informing to wait for 24 hours more without any common sense that 24 hours have ended before long Time, they were also informing me to send a mail to zomato if I want to complaint and they don’t care about it…
