Regarding order no: 1292506578
I had placed the above order at 7:51 pm , and cancelled the order at 7:53 pm.
But the whole amount was charged as cancellation charge.
The reason of charging the was that the restaurant had started preparing it? Is it possible that restaurant started preparing the order within 2 minutes of placing the order?
I called the restaurant to confirm, they had not started preparing the order.
Please help me and refund the cancellation fee of 235/-.
