I ordered food from zomato and quality was so bed rice not cooked well. I threw all my food in garbage. After that I complaint about it and they said there team will check and reply me in mail.
They mailed me several time and accepted it was there fault not checked food quality and serve but they didn’t refuy money, only 25% of full amount zomato initiated in zomato credit.
My concern is if zomato accepted this was there fault they why not giving my full amount refund
