I, Radha Agarwala, had ordered food in zomato today morning. They took the order and after preparing the food they told that there was a mismatch of address thats why they cannot take the order. Saying this they disconnected the call, after which I cant reach out to them. And after this my 1200 rupees order is said to be non-refundable. Why did they not check the address before taking the order? They are not going to throw the food, they will serve the prepared order to someone else for sure, then why no refund?
I think it is a clear strategy to steal and leave the customers restless, irritated, dissatisfied and angry.
- In our country it is difficult to report fraud cases and get heard. It seems we live to be stolen only!
