I ordered a pizza from zomato but realizing that the address is wrong.. I immediately raised a cancellation request. And yes it was immediate.. they raised cancellation request after a long 15 min irrelevant chat. So I called the restaurant to cancel my order and they said that they got my cancellation request immediately after placing order.
They agreed that they didn’t started preparation. I raised a request for refund so they denied and charged the total order value as cancellation charges. When I called them on customer care they say that the restaurant charges them so they charge. I had a con all with restaurant people and zomato executive and restaurant denied that there are no charges levied for cancellation.
Zomato executive mr Vikram lied to me. They have still not issued the refund and not delivered also.. I want my money back in my account as zomato don’t deserve that amount as they have not given any service to me. In fact they are harassing by their chat team and mail and call. Kindly help in getting the refund
