Dear sir/madam this is with reference to my order screenshot of which attached, the order was of amount Rs 197 with Baskin Robins, I had provided correct address in the profile of zomato app as you can check but the delivery boy Sandeep did not deliver me the order because location was wrong in the app, I don’t know how to correct the location and ur zomato chat agent Vishal deliberately rejected the order after calling delivery boy Sandeep. Kindly take this matter into consideration as the amount may be small but it could have been big. It will create ur negative publicity. Kindly refund my amount if you want to me to be your customer.
