I placed an order from Puran’s Sweets & snacks ( order number – 1170240452 on 17th April 2019 at 4:26 PM) in which i by mistake ordered Box of 4 Besan Ladoo. So I called restaurant & asked if they can replace the item by Box of 4 Boondi Ladoo but he denied so I cancelled my order . Need to clarify I paid online for this order & the amount is INR145. I was charged INR 145 as a cancellation fees stating that Item was in the kitchen for the preparation.
Now the question here is – I ordered sweets & these items are already prepared restaurant person need to just pack the sweets as per the desired amount and need to deliver then why I was charged ??????
I AM TAKING THE FOLLOW UP WITH ZOMATO EMPLOYEES BUT THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY AMOUNT.
I would request you to penalize Zomato for this mal-practice as I am not the only person suffering there are many of them suffering because of Zomato malpractice by not returning the hard earned money of the customers.
I hope the VOICE I have raised will be heard.
