I ordered food from restaurant aroza casa which was spilled and had insect in it.After complaining they stated to initiate the refund .After 8 days not receiving money when I asked them ,they said no promise was made for Zomato refund.I had mailed with the required screenshots of the chat stating refund initiated .But still not got my refund.
