Hello Zomato ,
I would like to inform you that our Account Manager (Mr. Akash kumar) ,Misguided us, In terms of Zomato Ads , Because of this, we lost around INR 60 thousand rupees, however We told him, in beginning our budget INR 10000/- only.
-This is not a first time , Last year also We lost around INR 25000/- because GST issues which was technical glitch from Zomato side ,Even Our account manager agreed on this but he did not do anything.
– This time again He is diverting us from main issue,which is wrong . It been almost INR 85000/- loss because of this manager . we want reimbursement .
– Even there are many more issue, That we are facing with our Account manager.
I would request you , Please solve this issue as soon as possible and change our Account manager also.
