Text of Complaint by Charles:

Sir today I have order a food in kfc via Zomato online goole. I order by 9.30 They have given me a time 10.22 but they will not deliver the food at the time. I call the customer care team and said I don’t want my food because its more delayed I gonna sleep kindly refund my money. The customer care officer said we won’t refund the payment we will componction for delay order I said I don’t want your componction I need only refund he OK sir please receive the food then call me. Again I received the food and call to the customer care team now another person said we couldn’t refund .
