Text of Complaint by Shrestha Ghosh:

  1. I had ordered for ice cream online at zomato for Rs.1185.10.
  2. No cancellation charge was mentioned.
  3. However, they have penalised with the whole amount as the cancellation charge.
  4. I now want whole of the amount to be refunded.
