I ordered and they cancelled the order and no refund initiated. First and foremost very rude customer service. Secondly I have mentioned complete address. They tried reaching my mobile. I couldn’t respond for 2 mins. When I followed up with the app about the delivery as well as contacted delivery within span of 10 mins than the actual delivery time, they told you didn’t pick the call and we delivered back to the restaurant. I ordered 4:39PM. I got the notification in app by 5:06PM IST. I immediately got in touch with support. After so much deliberation, the least bothered and took my money.
