Total Amount lost: 513.80
Due to some technical glitch, they deducted money and my order was cancelled. I had a word with customer care, they are telling it is cancelled you you so there is no refund. I asked for the same order but even they denied saying there is no such policy. So where is my money. Neither they are ready to deliver my order nor they are refunding money after cancellation. such a pathetic customer service and worst cheater and fraud App is zomato.
