Zomato is cheating customer in name cash back by using ‘VISA’ code for Visa card. The offer said the inenrollment is done the cash back would be credited to Zomato wallet. Contacting customer care (please read who don’t bother to care for customers) said the amount will be credited to bank account, after pointing out that offer said it will be added to wallet,then they ask to wait for 24-48 hours and don’t worry (read just forget, we are good at cheating art). no after 48 hours they said contact visa. How funny. They have the offer on app, which offer to credit /add money to zomato wallet ,and asking customer to follow up with zomatos partner. This looks like buractatic office ping pong to one desk to another. The order ID on zomato.2056852779
