Today I placed an order through zomato and it was my worst experience ever. I placed an order twice I. E. 2 idili, 2 vada, 1 rava dosa and after 2 mins I places another order with same outlet for 1 rava dosa.

So ideally i should receive 2 rava dosa. But it seems like both zomato and the restaurant ( Anna ka Dosa) is a fraud.

On the first place the restaurant did not deliver complete order. I raised a complaint through zomato chat service but no action was taken.

The first representative closed the chat without giving proper resolution and the second representative agreed that the order was missing but could not deliver the missing order expect apologizing and taking everything as a feedback.

I personally think zomato is cheating customer by not giving proper resolution.
