My order got spilled all over the package. It was not edible. I said the same thing with zomato chat support.
They said that they will refund me the whole order price which I paid via paytm.
After a week as I didn’t get refund I messaged them. Now the are saying they didn’t promise me any refund. They deleted previous messages.
But I screenshot those messages before they delete them. I have proof that they are trying to cheat customers.
