On canceling order, it got cancelled but without refunding my amount. Imaging if user is immediately cancelling the order, within 5 seconds. Food possible will not be prepared, still user is not getting refund for same. This is cheating users. there could be a mistake in huge orders, amount could be of larger amount too. But user will have to bear the cost and not get this even after cancelling the orders. This is pathetic service.
