Complaint & Refund regarding Order # 4298348401

I have ordered few items from Haldiram’s Lajpat Nagar 3 branch .

My order was canceled stating delivery partner was not able to reach me and he didn’t deliver my order at my address.

Also, I’d tried to call Haldiram’s and manager said , we can’t help and I need to contact Zomato .

Today I’ve spoken with Sanju at Zomato customer service. Your agent called the delivery person (Deepak) wherein it was made clear that your delivery person cheated with my order.

He didn’t deliver my order and gave an excuse stating customer didn’t answer the call and nor he has returned the order at the restaurant.

Your delivery person has simply kept the order of INR 1457.

You can listen to the call recording at your end as advised by your agent Sanju.

It’ll be quite evident that your delivery personnel lied to everyone.

I have my address mentioned there and everyone delivers at my address , then why delivery partner did not come to my door and ring the bell . Which kind of excuse is this and gulping the customer’s money .

I want my money back which is 1457 INR
