Hello Mam/Sir,
This is to notify that the food delivery app called zomato (bangalore div ) is involved in charging extra money for the food which consumers order.
i have been noticing that the price which zomato shows in the app was double the the price of which the restaurant normally charges and additional to that zomato also adds delivery fee and tax fee.
hotel price : Rs.130 >zomato makes it Rs.240 and adds delivery fee and tax separately.
If this kind of action is considered business ethics i don’t know if i could maintain my ethics.
