Placed an order from my zomato app, waited for 1hour :30 minute but order didn’t deliver. Called customer care as well as used chat functiinalty but they are really rude and putting blame that number was not reachable, there was complete address available they could have used door bell if for some network issue that number was not reachable. When called their customer care department had world with some Naresh Kumar who was telling that it is their protocol not to use door bell, asked him if he can point where on the app it isbwrritten in bold and clear about such protocol he didn’t bother to answer.. Asked him to transfer to supervisor he too denied and disconnected the call
