Text of Complaint by Sonali Kataria:

This morning I have placed an order on Zomato. The outlet has successfully accepted the order. After few minutes there delivery boy calls me back sating that I can not deliver to your place because its far away.  I told him fine no worries refund back my money he said for that i need to call thr customer support process and ask them to cancel this order. After few minutes a girl from zomato called me up saying I am cancelling your order because we can not deliver there  i asked her toh refund my money back as i have done online payment. She said that can not be refunded because your order is cancelled. I was like what its itsr employees who dont want to deliver whats my fault in that why would i bear the loss. The order is cancelled from your side not mine. But ahe has just cramed one sentence nd was speaking that the whole time. She was not able to understand my point. When she dont have any ans she terminated the call. I dont understand why do they hire such people for helping customers when they can not understand anything… Worst Customer Service ever. I want my refund back becuase its company’s fault.
