Text of Complaint by jyoti chand:

I am residing in noida, I ordered food from zomato in October 2019 from a nearby restraunt ..

I paid the full amount.. After some time when I checked my app realized they have cancelled my order on enquiring with customer support they gave the reason that the delivery person got no response from my house on ringing doorbell which was a lie..

Even after so much of request the customer support didn’t listen and said that both the money and food cannot be given..

Anyways the story doesn’t end here .. after this incident and lots of inconvenience I faced I chose to ignore it and reorder the same food since there were guest coming..

And to my surprise I got a noticification again saying that I cancelled the food ( which I didn’t) and like last time the amount wud be non refundable, what a disaster it is..

And no one is there to help u out..
