Ordered food throught Zomato
It was paid, I wanted change in address so cancelled order within few minutes (less than 2 mins) to reorder. They said they won’t be able to change the address, so requested them to deliver at same address but that too was declined.
We contacted the restaurant they were ready to re deliver but they mentioned that Zomato wasn’t ready to re deliver.
It is pure case of cheating, I was told that restaurant did not receive any money for the order.
Now even after contacting Zomato they’re not refunding the amount. So they kept the money and did not deliver food.
