Text of Complaint by Taranpreet Kaur:

I ordered a roll from roll express. On my screen It was clearly written that restaurant hasn’t confirm your order yet and before the restaurant could confirm it, within a minute of ordering I cancelled the order.

They have charged me 100% amount of the order saying that the restaurant has start preparing for it.

When the restaurant didn’t confirm it Then how on this earth is it possible that the restaurant had start preparing for it and in one minute how is it even possible?

Please help me in getting my money back. Order no- 1093651858 date- 18th May 2019
