Text of Complaint by Ankur Gupta:

I am very old customer of Zomato but recently i m not feelin proud to be one of loyal customer. Zomato online food order app doesn’t provide you option to cancel the order atleast within one minute of placing order. Order could be placed by  mistake also. In my case, i i wanted to check payment options but zomato app didn’t show me this and placed order forcefully. I tried to reach helpdesk but they were very slow in response and unsupportive. Instead of helping you, they tries to scare you with complete amount as penalty. This is unacceptable with such a big company and it is very unethical too.
